Dejarse llevar
Suena demasiado bien
Jugar al azar
Nunca saber dónde puedes terminar
O empezar
Vetusta Morla – Copenhague

The touch and feeling of free is
Untangible technically
Something you’ve got to believe in
Connect the cause and effect
One foot in front of the next
This is the start of a journey.
Gnarls Barkley, Going on

Long Walk Home
Magic, 2007
Last night I stood at your doorstep
Trying to figure out what went wrong
You just slipped somethin’ into my palm
Then you were gone
I could smell the same deep green of summer
Above me the same night sky was glowin’
In the distance I could see the town where I was bornIt’s gonna be a long walk home
Hey pretty Darling, don’t wait up for me
Gonna be a long walk home
A long walk homeIn town I passed Sal’s grocery
The barbershop on South Street
I looked into their faces
They were all rank strangers to me
The veterans’ hall high up on the hill
Stood silent and alone
The diner was shuttered and boarded
With a sign that just said “gone”It’s gonna be a long walk home
Hey pretty Darling, don’t wait up for me
Gonna be a long walk home
Hey pretty Darling, don’t wait up for me
Gonna be a long walk home
It’s gonna be a long walk homeHere everybody has a neighbor
Everybody has a friend
Everybody has a reason to begin againMy father said “Son, we’re lucky in this town
It’s a beautiful place to be born
It just wraps its arms around you
Nobody crowds you, nobody goes it alone.
That you know flag flying over the courthouse
Means certain things are set in stone
Who we are, what we’ll do and what we won’t.”Its gonna be a long walk home
Hey pretty Darling, don’t wait up for me
Gonna be a long walk home
Hey pretty Darling, don’t wait up for me
Gonna be a long walk home
It’s gonna be a long walk homeIts gonna be a long walk home
Hey pretty Darling, don’t wait up for me
Gonna be a long walk home
Hey pretty Darling, don’t wait up for me
Gonna be a long walk home
It’s gonna be a long walk homeIt’s gonna be a long walk home

Clocks
A Rush of Blood to The Head, 2002
Lights go out and I can’t be saved
Tides that I tried to swim against,
You’ve put me down upon my knees
Oh I beg, I beg, and plead, singing.Come out of things unsaid
Shoot an apple off my head
And a trouble that can’t be named
And tigers waiting to be tamed, singingYou are
You areConfusion that never stops
Closing walls and ticking clocks,
gonna, Come back and take you home
I could not stop that you now know, singing.Come out upon my seas
the Cursed missed opportunities
Am I a part of the cure?
Or am I part of the disease, singingYou are
You are
You are
You areAnd nothing else compares
And nothing else compares
And nothing else comparesYou are
You are[home,]
Home, where I wanted to go, [home]
Home, where I wanted to go, [home]
Home, (you…)where I wanted to go, [home] (…are)
Home, (you…)where I wanted to go, (…are)

Are you lost or incomplete?
Do you feel like a puzzle, you can’t find your missing piece?
Tell me how do you feel?
Well I feel like they’re talking in a language I don’t speak
And they’re talking to me

Radio Nowhere
Magic, 2007
I was tryin’ to find my way home
But all I heard was a drone
Bouncing off a satellite
Crushin’ the last lone American night
This is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?
This is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?I was spinnin’ ’round a dead dial
Just another lost number in a file
Dancin’ down a dark hole
Just searchin’ for a world with some soulThis is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?
This is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?
Is there anybody alive out there?I just want to hear some rhythm
I just want to hear some rhythm
I just want to hear some rhythm
I just want to hear some rhythmI want a thousand guitars
I want pounding drums
I want a million different voices speaking in tonguesThis is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?
This is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?
Is there anybody alive out there?I was driving through the misty rain
Searchin’ for a mystery train
Boppin’ through the wild blue
Tryin’ to make a connection to youThis is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?
This is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?
Is there anybody alive out there?I just want to feel some rhythm
I just want to feel some rhythm
I just want to feel your rhythm
I just want to feel your rhythm
I just want to feel your rhythm
I just want to feel your rhythm
I just want to feel your rhythm
I just want to feel your rhythm

Travis y The Boy With No Name May 27, 2007

Blood Brothers by Bruce Springsteen October 5, 2006

We played king of the mountain out on the end
The world come chargin’ up the hill, and we were women and men
Now there’s so much that time, time and memory fade away
We got our own roads to ride and chances we gotta take
We stood side by side each one fightin’ for the other
We said until we died we’d always be blood brothers
Now the hardness of this world slowly grinds your dreams away
Makin’ a fool’s joke out of the promises we make
And what once seemed black and white turns to so many shades of gray
We lose ourselves in work to do and bills to pay
And it’s a ride, ride, ride, and there ain’t much cover
With no one runnin’ by your side my blood brother
On through the houses of the dead past those fallen in their tracks
Always movin’ ahead and never lookin’ back
Now I don’t know how I feel, I don’t know how I feel tonight
If I’ve fallen ‘neath the wheel, if I’ve lost or I’ve gained sight
I don’t even know why, I don’t know why I made this call
Or if any of this matters anymore after all
But the stars are burnin’ bright like some mystery uncovered
I’ll keep movin’ through the dark with you in my heart
My blood brother
